"Who Let the Dogs Out" is a popular song made famous by the Baha Men. It was featured in the Season Nine episode, "Wing" and the Season Twelve episode "About Last Night...".
Background
The Super Awesome Talent Agency takes their client, Wing Han Tsang to Los Angeles so she could compete in the talent contest "American Idol". They are disappointed as there is a long wait for auditions at the studio and give up. They find another show called the "Contender" who is willing to book the singer and the boys rejoice by singing a few lines from "Who Let the Dogs Out".
The song later plays in "About Last Night..." when the Obama voters are partying. Randy changes the words to "Who Let the Obama Out".
