Tommy first appeared in "Tweek vs. Craig". He was in shop class and got his face caught in the sander, removing it. In a later scene his face returned, apparently unharmed, or repaired. This is his only appearance, other than in the background of a few other episodes, including "Mr. Hankey's Christmas Classics", where he was shown with Sally and a couple that were presumably his parents.
He has brown hair, and wears an orange shirt and brown trousers. At first he appeared with absolutely nothing where his face would have been, but while watching Tweek and Craig fight, his face was shown. He is now seen in the backround with a face.
