Tammy Warner was Kenny's girlfriend in the South Park episode, The Ring. She is in the fifth grade, loves the Jonas Brothers, and reportedly gave a boy a Blow Job (oral sex) in the parking lot of T.G.I. Friday's. She's apparently the poorest person in school, followed by Kenny.

Tammy also gave Kenny syphilis by performing oral sex, causing his death. It is unknown what happened to Tammy, since she was not seen at Kenny's Funeral. Taking into account she gave Kenny syphillis, she is possibly deceased or hospitalised. However, one can assume that she may be alive, as Kenny contracting syphilis may have simply been a joke. However she was probaly at school.

Due to her lack of screentime, not much is known about her personality. What is known is that she is a bit of a tomboy, with traits that are similar to the Peanuts character, Peppermint Patty (for example, as Patty would called Charlie Brown "Chuck", Tammy would call Kenny "Ken". She seems a bit smarter than she appears, as seen by the fact that she did not want to perform oral sex on the Jonas Brothers, of whom she is a huge fan. However, like many pre-teens she is driven by hormones and upon seeing the boys, opens her mouth in a clear sign of willingness. Although she is so poor, she can still be fashionable.

Tammy is the tallest girl in her class, and has long, streaked brown hair. She wears black eyeshadow, a red t-shirt, and blue jean shop. She appears to be based on Miley Cyrus.
