Gameplay[]

The four boys are on a Japanese game show and must face a series of insane challenges to go to the next challenge. If they get to the end, they'll win the cash jackpot! which turns out to be equal to $110.

The first part game is Cartman on roller skates, completing random tasks to do with fat foods. The second part is Stan also on roller skates, he completes tasks to do with Old Men in Bunny Costumes. The third part of the game is Kyle, on roller skates, completing tasks to do with fish food. The final part is Kenny on roller skates, and his tasks are about getting hurt in strange ways to complete his levels.

Throughout the game, there are Wheels of Misfortune, which gives the player an item which makes the following level more difficult. There are also coins to collect and once they are all collected you unlock the game mode Hurry Run, where the player tries to complete previously completed levels in a short amount of time. The game also contains a soundboard which recites catchphrases spoken by the four boys.
