Scott is a character in the sub-series Terrance and Phillip in the episode, Not Without My Anus. He later appeared in the "real world" of South Park in the episode It's Christmas in Canada.

Scott is a resident of Canada, and is notorious among his fellow Canadians. He is most well known for being "a dick". (Often, when he made his entrances to the scenes in It's Christmas in Canada, the other Canadians in the same scene would shout out to the boys: "Oh no! It's Scott! He's a dick!", or some variation thereof.) He is uptight and short-tempered, especially when it comes to Terrance and Phillip's toilet humor.

He has black hair in a style similar to that of Butters Stotch and Ike Broflovski (except that his hair sticks straight up, instead of flops down), and in Ike's color. He wears dark blue jeans and a brown, long-sleeved shirt with a black capital "S" embroidered in the middle. On occasion, he wears a red tie with it. Like most Canadians, his head is in two pieces, and it flaps up and down whenever he talks. Oddly enough, though, his head also seems to be shaped like a crude lemon, in that his cheeks point out into angular corners at the ends.

In the episode, Terrance and Phillip in: Not Without My Anus, he was the duo's prosecutor in court. He was also made Saddam Hussein's advisor in this episode. He was Saddam's advisor again in It's Christmas in Canada, while Saddam was in disguise as Canada's new Prime Minister. However, it was stated by Scott that his official job is a journalist, ie a television critic for magazines.
