Nelly is a background character in the show South Park, she attends South Park Elementary and she was introduced in the season 11 finale, The List where Nelly is the keeper of the list and gets kicked in the groin by Butters, believing that girls had testicles. Then she beats the crap out of Butters. She is later seen in Canada on Strike where she is watching the boy's video of Butters dancing on YouToob. She may have appeared in Free Willzyx as one of the children at the sting ray tank. She is often seen as a background character in the recent series like the character Lola.

Nelly has brown hair and parts it into 2 pigtails. She wears a green sweater with a picture of a daisy on it and wears dark green trousers. She doesn't wear gloves.
