Ms. Ellen was the substitute teacher for the 3rd Grade Class of South Park Elementary in the 11th episode,"Tom's Rhinoplasty".
Her beauty caught the attention of all of the males in the 3rd Class - especially Stan Marsh who threw up every time he saw her. This made his girlfriend Wendy Testaburger jealous and she organized a plot to get rid of her from the school - after trying to get Stan to notice her more - which ended up with Arabs bursting into the classroom, Ms. Ellen throwing a sword at Kenny McCormick, and then being launched from a rocket towards the sun by Arabs. When Chef tries to date her, she explains to him that she is a lesbian. The four boys then proceeded to eat a box and lick carpet, literal examples of lesbian sex. Her name is a reference to lesbian actress Ellen DeGeneres, and she was voiced by Natasha Henstridge who was credited as "The Chick From Species".
