Mr. Wyland was a subsitute teacher for Mr. Garrison in two episodes as the 3rd grade teacher after Mr. Garrison was caught attempting to molest a child (Cartman) in Cartman Joins NAMBLA. Wyland wears a blue top with a red bow tie. He was first shown in Cherokee Hair Tampons and he made the class make a get well card for Kyle. He also appeared in Chef Goes Nanners.

Wyland wears a blue jacket, similar to Randy Marsh's, with a red bow tie. He has a double chin, wrinkles on his forehead, and brown hair.
