The game first appeared in "All About Mormons" where Gary Harrison's family was seen playing the game at the dinner table.
In "The Death of Eric Cartman", Stan Marsh, Kyle Broflovski, and Kenny McCormick were playing the game in Kyle's house. It returned in "Cartman Sucks" when Cartman encountered the same three players as they were playing the game.
It made another appearance five seasons later in "Cartman Finds Love" when Bebe Stevens, Wendy Testaburger, Lola, Red, Nichole Daniels, and Jenny Simons were seen playing the game at Bebe's sleepover.
