TheSuccubus06

Main article: Chef's Parents
Thomas and Nelle McElroy are the parents of Chef. Their first appearance was the episode "The Succubus". In this episode, they come to South Park for Chef's wedding. They made a second appearance in the episode "The Biggest Douche in the Universe". Chef takes Cartman and his mother to his parents' manor house in Scotland. They perform a shaman-esque ritual to exorcise Kenny's soul from Cartman's body. Their most recent appearance to date is in "Red Sleigh Down", where they are seen in a crowd during the town's Christmas celebration. They are not seen at Chef's funeral in "The Return of Chef".

The McElroys' main subject of conversation is their supposed encounters with the Loch Ness Monster. They repeatedly claim that they have seen him on multiple occasions, and are constantly harassed by him, as he tries to swindle them out of "Tree-fiddy" ($3.50). According to Thomas, the monster has pretended to be a Girl Scout, an alien, and Chef's imaginary friend from childhood.

Crab People

Main article: Crab People
The Crab People appeared in the South Park episode "South Park is Gay!". They ran a show called Queer Eye for the Straight Guy disguised as metrosexual men. Their plans of taking over the world by making everyone metrosexual is eventually revealed to Kyle. They wanted to make all the men weak enough so an invasion would be easy.

They were next mentioned in "Quest for Ratings", when Cartman suggested Crab People while brainstorming ideas for a news show. They were also mentioned at the end of "Two Days Before the Day After Tomorrow", where they were blamed for destroying the Beaverton dam.

Main article: Mr. Kitty
Mr. Kitty is Eric Cartman's hermaphrodite cat.

Mr. Kitty usually attempts to get Cartman to give him his food, to which Eric replies "No Mr. Kitty! that's MY (name of food)." It is possible that Liane Cartman used Mr. Kitty as a sex toy in the episode "Cartman Gets an Anal Probe". Mr. Kitty also played a large role in "Cat Orgy."

Old farmer

Main article: Old Farmer
The Old Farmer is made to look like Jud Crandall from Stephen King's book "Pet Sematary" (There is also a movie with a same name based on this book, made in 1989). Nobody in South Park has addressed him by name. He has had appearances in three episodes to date: "Butters' Very Own Episode", "Asspen", and "Marjorine". Not only does he look exactly like Jud Crandall from "Pet Sematary", but he also has the same behavior and mannerisms. In "Butters' Very Own Episode", he is an auto mechanic, and meets Butters passing along his shop. Butters asked him which road to take to go back to South Park. The Old Farmer then points to a cursed road, and starts describing its horrible history, and recites a quote from the book, "A lot of history on that road". The cursed road also appears in "Pet Sematary". His second appearance is in "Marjorine". After Butters faked his death, a farmer comes to his parent's house, telling Stephen Stotch not to try to bring his son back by burying his body in the Indian Burial Ground, quoting "Sometimes dead is better". Stephen later digs up Butter's body and buries it there, despite the farmer's warning. The exact same thing happens in "Pet Sematary".

Saddam Hussein

Main article: Saddam Hussein
Saddam Hussein is the former President of Iraq

In the South Park universe, Hussein is generally seen as Satan's jealous and manipulative boyfriend (later ex-boyfriend).

Hussein first appeared in the episode Terrance and Phillip in Not Without My Anus in which he kidnapped Celine Dion and tried to take over Canada. By the end of the episode, he was killed and later becomes a very visible resident of Hell.

In the episode, The Mexican Staring Frog of Southern Sri Lanka, Hussein is briefly seen with Satan welcoming Jesus' television producer to Hell.

In the feature film, South Park: Bigger, Longer & Uncut, he is the main antagonist. Hussein continues his romantic relationship with Satan as he plans to conquer the world by taking advantage of Satan's power as ruler. Also, in the film, it was stated at the start that he got killed by a pack of wild boars six weeks earlier. That's an error because boars never killed him in the show, as he died in "Terrance and Phillip in Not Without My Anus" due to a "mass fart" that Terrance, Phillip, and all the other Canadians there at the time caused.

He also appears in the episodes "Do the Handicapped Go to Hell?", "Probably", "A Ladder to Heaven", "Cancelled", "Krazy Kripples", and "It's Christmas in Canada".

Sally Struthers

Main article: Sally Struthers
Sally Struthers is an American actress best known for playing Gloria, Archie's and Edith's daughter on All in the Family.

She appears in the episode "Starvin' Marvin". When the government authorities mistake Cartman for a starving African child and send him to Ethiopia, he discovers Sally Struthers is hoarding snacks in a small building. As the episode progresses, Sally eats more and more food and eventually becomes huge.

In "Starvin' Marvin in Space" she eventually appears to look like Jabba the Hutt from the Star Wars movies.

She also makes small cameo appearances in "Mecha-Streisand", "The Death of Eric Cartman", and "200"

Scott the Dick

Main article: Scott the Dick
Scott is a character in the sub-series Terrance and Phillip in the episode, "Terrance and Phillip in Not Without My Anus". He later appeared in the "real world" of South Park in the episode It's Christmas in Canada.

Scott is a resident of Ontario Canada, and is notorious among his fellow Canadians. He is most well known for being "a dick" and driving a PT Cruiser. (Often, when he made his entrances to the scenes in "It's Christmas in Canada", the other Canadians in the same scene would shout out to the boys: "Oh no! It's Scott! He's a dick!", or some variation thereof.) He is uptight and short-tempered, especially when it comes to Terrance and Phillip's toilet humor.

He has black hair in a style similar to that of Butters Stotch and Ike Broflovski (except that his hair sticks straight up, instead of flops down), and in Ike's color. He wears dark blue jeans and a brown, long-sleeved shirt with a black capital "S" embroidered in the middle. On occasion, he wears a red tie with it. Like most Canadians, his head is in two pieces, and it flaps up and down whenever he talks.

In the episode, "Terrance and Phillip in Not Without My Anus", he was the duo's prosecutor in court. He was also made Saddam Hussein's advisor in this episode. He was Saddam's advisor again in "It's Christmas in Canada", while Saddam was in disguise as Canada's new Prime Minister. However, it was stated by Scott that his official job is a journalist, i.e. a television critic for magazines.

Starvin' Marvin

Ep 109 starvinmarvin

Main article: Starvin' Marvin
Starvin' Marvin is a character in the series South Park. He is a thin little boy from Ethiopia, who first appeared in the episode "Starvin' Marvin". He does not know English, but he learns in this episode how to say a few phrases, such as "Sweet!" or, "Yeah, I want the Cheesy Poofs!". He also learned how to say his name (the name the boys had given him). The boys were intrigued by the clicking sounds of Starvin' Marvin's language (which actually more resembles the Khoisan languages of Southern Africa.)

In his first appearance, Marvin was accidentally shipped over to the boys, who then took him into their custody, and tried to teach him the ways of the Americans. But they were found out, and forced to return him to Ethiopia. In his second (and currently last) appearance, Marvin got a hold of a rocket ship, which he and the boys used to travel to outer space. Later in this episode, Marvin brought all of the other Ethiopians to the paradise planet "Marklar". Later, Marvin makes a very small cameo in the 100th episode, "I'm a Little Bit Country". He is within a large crowd at the very end.

Towelie

Main article: Towelie
Towelie is a talking towel who was genetically engineered so he could make people as dry as necessary depending on the situation. He is usually seen giving towel advice to the citizens of South Park, or getting high. The theme song from Popeye plays whenever Towelie gets high. Towelie is said to be 17 in towel years, even though 17 is a prime number, and therefore cannot be the product of any number of human years and how many years a "Towel year" is worth.

Because the creators of South Park did so well in making Towelie a terrible character, he gained a huge amount of popularity. Appearing in, not just the episode "Towelie", but taking on parts (usually cameos) in other episodes. Though he is regarded as the worst character ever (this is mentioned by Eric Cartman, who says "Towelie, you are the worst character ever," to which Towelie responds "I know."), he is also regarded as one of the most popular and one of the best characters, due to his mass amount of popularity.

Tuong Lu Kim

Main article: Tuong Lu Kim
Tuong Lu Kim is the owner of City Wok/City Airlines (he pronounces it "Shitty Wok" or "Shitty Airrines" due to his stereotypical Chinese accent). In "Jared Has Aides", the boys come and talk to him about Butters being City Wok's "Jared". After Jared announces he has "aides", he doesn't "want his own Jared". At the end of the episode, he offers the boys $15 (pronounced fifhteen dorra) the boys refuse. He also is asked to build a wall around South Park in "Child Abduction is Not Funny" to protect the city from kidnappers. His wife is Wing.
