Leroy, is a character in the series South Park. A shy looking boy who first appeared in Mystery of the Urinal Deuce. In this episode, Leroy did a Show and Tell about his pet frog. Very little is known about him. He made a reappearance in The List, ranking #6 on the rigged list and "Dances With Smurfs" as one of Butters' friends.
