During Kenny McCormick's first experience "cheesing" on cat urine, he hallucinates the Heavy Metal cartoon world. While in the hallucination, he sees the Large-Breasted Woman for the first time. When Gerald Broflovski cheeses, he also hears the same song and sees the Large-Breasted Woman.
