Heaven is an afterlife, and is where God lives. Originally, only Mormons were allowed into heaven, but this policy was eventually changed in "Best Friends Forever" to build up Heaven's army. Kenny has gone to Heaven at least twice. Saddam Hussein has also been living there ever since the events of "Probably", and was seen developing chemical weapons there in "A Ladder to Heaven", until he went back to earth to take control of Canada, after which he was arrested. Heaven was seen in South Park: Bigger, Longer & Uncut, "Probably","A Ladder to Heaven", and "Best Friends Forever".
