"He's Got the Whole World in His Hands" is a song performed by South Park children in the Season Nineteen episode, "The City Part of Town".

Background

The Mayor and Randy Marsh gather the townsfolk together in the hopes of impressing the representative of Whole Foods Inc. when he arrives; allowing them to have a Whole Foods Market in the town. The representative quickly orders the townsfolk to disperse, as he wants to view the town in its natural state.
