Glinda the Good Witch is a character from The Wizard of Oz film and the Oz series of books. She appears as a member of the Council of Nine in the episode "Imaginationland, Episode III". Since then, she has not made another appearance on South Park.
Appearance
Glinda wears a bright pink dress with silver accents. She also wears a large transparent crown with silver accent and she wields a silver wand. She has long brown wavy hair and she wears a conservative amount of makeup.
