[edit] Synopsis

The South Park students come to the local aquarium and two workers trick them into thinking the killer whale is a thinking being from another planet. The boys blow him to the moon, where it dies (without their knowledge).

The episode contains many hints of the movies Free Willy from which the episode is named, as well as E.T. Whales coming from the moon may also be a reference to Final Fantasy IV's "Lunar Whale"
