Frank Sinatra is an American singer and actor. Sinatra first appears as a resident of Hell in the episode "Do the Handicapped Go to Hell?". He also appears in the Season 7 episode "Cancelled" as one of the forms the alien takes in his effort to appear familiar to the boys. In the episode "Hell on Earth 2006", Satan says hello to an off-screen Sinatra at his party.
Appearance
In his first appearance in "Do the Handicapped Go to Hell?", Sinatra appeared with a real-life photographic cutout as a head, much as many other celebrities did in earlier seasons of the show. In "Cancelled", he appeared like other South Park characters.
