General Plymkin is a fat, bald US Army Officer who was in charge of planning and carrying out the assault on Canada. He has made two appearances, one in South Park: Bigger, Longer & Uncut and another in "Osama Bin Laden Has Farty Pants".
Background[]
General Plymkin is very racist and uses black soldiers as human shields and to protect the tanks and planes by strapping them to the sides of the vehicles. He even show that he's also ignoramus, impulsive, and murderous, as shown after in the debriefing of both the strategy plans of "Operation Human Shield" and "Operation Get Behind The Darkies", Chef said to him if he had ever heard of the Emancipation Proclamation, which Plymkin thinks it's hip-hop and answered him that he doesn't listen to this genre of music, seemingly showing that he knows nothing about American history, and when the Windows 98 computer that demonstrates the two strategies begins to bug, an angry Plymkin ordered to bring him Bill Gates to saying to him that Windows 98 should had been faster and with better access to the Internet and when Gates told him that it is, Plymkin, in his own impulsive anger, kills Gates with his own gun by shooting his forehead. Also the way in which he briefed the troops parodied that of the briefing scene in Return of the Jedi. This plan fails when Chef rallies the black troops out of harms way when the Canadians attack, leaving "Operation Get Behind The Darkies" all dead. Despite his faults Plymkin is shown to be brave and resourceful, fighting on the front lines with his men and does show genuine concern for their lives (at least the white ones).
Appearance[]
He wears a dark green suit, a white shirt, a black tie, and black shoes. On his coat are 4 embedded stars, signifying that he is a general (though usually only 3 stars are shown on screen), and ranks. One of his most notable traits is the fact he always has a cigar in his mouth, a notable stereotype of soldiers.
