The Chi Chi is an alcoholic beverage consisting primarily of vodka, pineapple juice, and coconut water. The beverage is said to be very sweet. It was seen in the Season Sixteen episode, "Going Native", where the "native" Hawaiians were seen drinking the beverage habitually.

After the native Hawaiians forced the tourists from Hawaii, the United States Coast Guard closed off Hawaii's ports, and in turn, the native's access to the ingredients necessary to make the Chi Chi. After Kenny McCormick found a stash of vodka, pineapple juice, and coconut water, the natives were able to make their beverage and make peace with the Coast Guard.

The Chi Chi is typically served in a variety of containers, some of which include a pineapple, a cocktail class, and tiki cups. The beverage, when shown being consumed in a clear glass, is a clear-yellow color.
