"Fat Camp" is the fifteenth episode of the fourth season of South Park
[edit] Plot
Allowed to stay home from school one day, Eric Cartman finds himself having an intervention for his weight issues. His mother and many of the town's people have become concerned about his weight (with the exception of Mr. Garrison) and so he get sent to Fat Camp to lose his weight.
Meanwhile, back at school, Ms. Choksondik handed out manetees for the pupils to dissect for biology class. While, actually they are supposed to dissect frogs and the manetees were supposed to go to an aquarium. Kyle and some other kids paid Kenny McCormick to eat the dead manetees spleen, during their break, Kenny vomited out the manetee's spleen. Once again, Kyle asked Kenny to eat it up and other threw in some cash for Kenny to eat it. Since then Kyle and Stan said that they are "getting to something" , Others are willing to pay Kenny to do all this stuff. And so, Kenny discovered his "talent".
Cartmen meanwhile returns to South Park, having lost considerable amounts of weight, and looking like the other boys. Everyone is shocked by the change of Cartmen, and more oddly enough his less aggressive behavior.
Back at camp, the REAL Cartmen discovered that everyone was willing to pay any amount of money for some candy because at Fat Camp they didn't get any chance to get or eat candy. Eric sent a skinny kid from a nearby drug camp, disguiseed himself as him (o South Park to get some junk food so that he can earn some cash by selling it to the other fat kids.
Meanwhile, Kenny's stunts gain more attention to the point he gets his own show called Krazy Kenny Show. His ultimate prank was decided to be to climb into the bus driver's uterus. Unfortunately, while promoting the show, Kenny is arrested for giving Howard Stern oral sex, in exchange for 5 bucks. When the boys find out that the skinny Cartmen is really another kid, the boys blackmail him into taking Kenny's place inside the uterus.
Meanwhile, Cartmen's illegal candy sales, causes outrage amongst the parents of the other campers, who are furious to see no change in their children and begin to take their kids out of camp. The kids however, feel guilty for betraying their parents and the counselor's trust and come clean. The camp counselors welcome all the kids back, except for Cartmen who they banish and send back to South Park.
Meanwhile, the fake Cartmen/Kenny dies in Ms. Crabtree's uterus.

- The Antonio Banderas blow up love doll from 'Korn's Groovy Pirate Ghost Mystery' appears in the studio behind Howard Stern.

- Multiple scenes from this episode involving Kenny's disgusting acts (such as eating his own vomit) are replaced with a black screen that reads "The following scene of Kenny [performing some disgusting act] has been edited for your protection" with smooth jazz music playing in the background when aired in syndication (similar editing is done on the syndicated version of the season six episode Red Hot Catholic Love).
- In this episode, Kenny didn't get killed. Instead he gets sent to jail.
- Kenny is the second from four to be send to jail. First was Cartman, who mentioned it while seating in fat camp (reference of Cartman's Silly Hate Crime 2000 )
- Pedophile who was first dated with Cartman in Cartman Joins NAMBLA is seen in Krazy Kenny Show studio, but without his moustache.
