At the end of the episode, white smoke is seen coming from the chimney of the Vatican. This occurs after they elect a new pope.

After presenting the rabbit to the Vatican, Stan and Kyle get handcuffed. Later, when Bill betrays the Pope and "steps up to the position", Kyle and Stan are seen with their hands free. In the shot immediately after, their handcuffs have returned.
