Dog Poo (voiced by Trey Parker) is a student who sits in the front row of class. In the episode "Professor Chaos", he was one of the children that Stan, Kyle, and Cartman considered as a replacement 4th friend for Kenny. Dog Poo lamented his status as a supporting character, but didn't survive the first cut. This is his only act of prominence, as he has had no speaking lines or actions since. He has been around since the beginning, but never really does anything. Cartman actually mentioned this in Professor Chaos, describing him as "more of a prop".

He has messy, faded brown hair, and wears a messy brown jacket. He has a mark on the side of his jaw that may be a large mole, scab, dirt stain (similar to Pig-Pen from Peanuts), or actual dog poo. It is possible that he may be ablutophobic, or he is simply just unhygienic and messy.

He was called "Dirt" in the storyboards by the creators until episode 606#, "Professor Chaos", in which his name was given as "Dog Poo", though hopefully, this is just a nickname.

Although a former freqeunt in the classroom, Dog Poo only appears in crowd and hall scenes in new episodes, but he is still in use.
