"Chickenpox" is the tenth episode of the second season of South Park.

Spoiler warning: Plot details follow.

The boys' mothers try to give them chickenpox from a sleepover at Kenny's house who has chickenpox, in order for them not to catch it at a later age where it can become deadly.

Shelley - Stan's sister is rushed into hospital. She has chickenpox. Since she is around thirteen the disease has a strong effect on her health. After Randy and Sharon discover how dangerous the disease is to older kids and contact the other parents.

Later on, Stan, Kyle and Cartman are on their way to Kenny's house for a sleepover. Unaware that their parents want them to get chickenpox at an early age they wonder why they are visiting. Stuart McCormick reveals that he and Gerald Broflovski used to be friends, but Gerald got promoted and made himself a lawyer.

After the sleepover, Stan and Cartman come down with chickenpox while Kyle has remained healthy. Kyle's parents organize another sleepover that night for Kyle. Kyle talks to his father about his friendship with Stuart McCormick. Sheila discovers this and sneakily organizes a fishing trip.

At Kenny's house, Kyle is forced to do many unusual things by Sheila in order for him to get chickenpox. After he comes down with it he overhears his mother on the phone to Dr. Doctor. Kyle discovers that his parents intended for him to get chickenpox, and he runs away before Shiela can explain.

Gerald and Stuart's fishing trip goes horribly wrong, with them getting into a fight and returning home.

After talking to the other boys, they go to Chef and ask how they can give herpes to their parents. He tells them about Freeda, an old prostitute.

The boys talk to Freeda and pay her to contaminate their parents' things. Unfortunately the boys succumb to their illness.

The boys wake up at Hell's Pass Hospital where their parents visit and explain their full intentions. The boys then explain that they gave the herpes their parents have. They all laugh over the whole situation and Kenny suddenly dies.

The closing credits from this episode onwards are shown over a black screen instead of the town as a backdrop.
Cartman's sleeping bag has a picture of Steve Urkel on it.
