Fanon is a background character on the animated series "South Park". She was first seen as part of the Christmas choir in "Mr. Hankey, the Christmas Poo," in the corridors at South Park Elementary and at the Jonas Brothers concert in The Ring.
She is shown as a semi-popular girl, as when she was invited to Heidi's slumber party in Marjorine. Heidi is a popular girl meaning that Fanon is somewhat popular too.

Fanon wears a dark blue jacket and light green pants. In Marjorine she wears a turquoise pajama top with green and orange hearts and green pants.
In older episodes Fanon was shown with a hair style similar to Rebecca's just being blonde instead of red. She also had the exact same clothes as Rebecca suggesting that in the older episodes, it may have been something easy to use; just take Rebecca and change her hair colour-you now have a new character. However in the new episodes, it has become distinctive that she is a different character, with a more unique appearance.
