Bill, Terrance and Fosse are schoolboys in the animated series South Park. They debuted in Big Gay Al's Big Gay Boat Ride when Bill said Stan's dog Sparky is gay. They continuously laugh in deep voices much like Beavis and Butt-head, a 90s cartoon which South Park was apparently somewhat influenced by.

Terrance wears a purple jacket, with vertical yellow stripes going down from each shoulder to the waist, and orange trousers. His hair is brownish-black.

It could be noted that he is the son of Dr. Mephesto, the town's crazy scientist. He may have a crush on Rebecca, because they were seen sitting side by side several times in World Wide Recorder Concert. Some people actually believe that Bill and Terrance are brothers, because they look a lot like each other.

[edit] Mysterious Disappearance

Terrance disappeared during Season One---perhaps to avoid confusion with the character from Terrance and Phillip. But he reappeared in Tweek vs. Craig,Hooked on Monkey Fonics, Raisins, and With Apologies to Jesse Jackson, proving that he hasn't fully disappeared. In Lice Capades he is seen in the fifth-grade line. In his post-season 5 appearances, he has been depicted with regular eyebrows. In Elementary School Musical he is despicted with no eyebrows at all.

Bill wears a green shirt similar to Butters', except with a green-yellow collar. His hair is similar to Terrance's, although it is brown. Fosse wears a purple shirt similar to Terrance's, except with many more stripes. His hair is black, although there isn't much of it to see.

Even while Terrance seemed to be missing, Bill and Fosse remained. Fosse has a habit of saying "that's gay" which whenever he is seen that is what he will mostly say. .These two were seen in Lil' Crime Stoppers when the boys discovered they stole the doll of Sarah Peterson. They then played along and were "shot" in the game, however, they were just playing a game and didn't die. Apart from laughing at everything, they think everything is gay; on one occasion Fosse even said "we're gay", which shows his apparent opinions on everything. These two were also seen as one of the 20 candidates for The boys' fourth friend in Professor Chaos, but were both eliminated after the first round.

Some people actually believe that Bill and Terrance are brothers, because they look a lot like each other. Since Bill and Fosse's parents have never been seen, they might all be siblings, hence why they all resemble each other so closely in many different ways. That having been said, in the episode Damien, there were adults in the South Park Bar looking similar to Bill and Fosse, having the same hair and shirts. Of course, there are many repetitions of characters in South Park, so this might be another case of its loose continuity, or these men might actually, be Bill and Fosse's fathers, or some other male relatives (e.g., uncles, older cousins, etc.).

In their background appearances in season 5 and on, Bill and Fosse have been depicted with normal eyebrows rather than their original, unusually thick ones.

Bill, Terrance and Fosse appear in The List a few brief times, but they are not on "The List" themselves.
